HOW IT WORKS    

  We audit government agencies, searching for unclaimed funds belonging to private citizens like you.  then, we do all the work to recover your funds for you.    

  Our company has relationships with many government agencies across the country. We audit these agencies to locate sums of money owed to private citizens like yourself.  If these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency, and cannot be claimed after that, ever again. We don't want to see that happen to you!    

 If you received a phone call or a letter from us, we have located funds that we believe belong to you or a family member of yours.  Contact us right away so we can confirm that you are, in fact, the recipient we are searching for.    

 Once you have spoken to one of our agents and verbally agreed to allow us to work your claim, we will then set up a time for you to meet with a local notary to go over all necessary paperwork, which includes our contingency agreement, the official claim forms from the government agency and a document allowing us to act as your agent, and deal with government agencies on your behalf.

 Our firm works on a contingency basis (there are no out of pocket expenses to you ever)   to process your claim.  We pay for all necessary expenses to work your claim, from the expense of having documents notarized, to any government fees associated with the claim and including any mailing or other clerical expenses necessary.  If we are successful in collecting your claim, then we subtract the third party expenses from whatever we can recover. We will share the funds recovered based on the fee agreement at the time we talk to you. 

 After meeting with you, the notary will send the documents overnight to our office, and we will begin processing your claim, within 48 business hours (usually the same day we receive the documents).  Claims are almost always processed within thirty days or sometimes much sooner.  Then, two weeks after the claim is approved, and once we receive your funds they will be disbursed to  you via overnight mail.
