He left corporate America in 1978, where he had been a Project Engineer with Hughes Aircraft for over a decade to pursue a carrier in Real Estate and Business. In 1976 While studying Urban Development in the master’s Program at USC he took and passed the Real Estate Brokers Examine, started working in Real Estate part-time and opened his own office in 1978.  He developed one of the top Real Estate offices in Inglewood, CA. His real estate operations included two Real Estate Franchises and a Real Estate School.

Over the years the financial services part of the business expanded into Mortgages, Insurance also Securities. During the 80's he was a Regional Vice President with the A.L. Williams Insurance company and later was a founder in the Liberty Foundation Insurance Agency. He has worked as a Real Estate Adviser for the City of Los Angeles and Sears. He has encouraged the youth to become property owners and investors.

Charles has also assisted them in forming business entities and how to obtain corporate credit.

He is currently:

• Sits as a board member on various boards
• He is very active with Connected Investors
• and Bigger Pockets.

Effie L. Young

Effie’s background:

She started in the telecommunications field where she learned valuable skills of oral and written communication. In addition, she became good at researching and finding information that was needed for any company that she worked for.

Effie was also in the financial services industry as a registered broker and registered investment advisor

She currently is a licensed real estate broker-salesperson in the state of Nevada and previously licensed in the state of Ohio
